What to expect from your Debt Management Plan
Once your Debt Management Plan is accepted, you will be assigned your own personal Client Liaison Officer and they will fully support you with your Debt Management Plan.

All our Client Liaison Officers are fully supported by their colleagues so if they are unavailable, there will be someone from their team for you to talk too.

Once you have made your first payment your Client Liaison Officer will contact you to carry out a welcome call, this is to ensure all the information we have is correct and also to ensure you fully understand how your plan will work.

Should your circumstances change or you are finding it difficult to make your payments we recommend you contact your Client Liaison Officer at your earliest convenience on free phone 0800 783 5650.

Our Creditor Liaison Team will negotiate with your creditors to reduce your monthly payments and freeze interest and charges, although we can’t guarantee your creditors will agree to this it is always our intention to build a relationship with each creditor to ensure we get the best solution.

We will send you a monthly statement that clearly shows payments received and which creditors have agreed the offer of payment and to freeze interest and charges.

Reviewing your Debt Management Plan

It is important that you keep us fully informed of any changes to your financial circumstances so we can ensure that Debt Management Plan is right for you.

We aim to complete a review of your plan at 6 months, 12 months and annually thereafter. We will contact you when your review is due and it’s important that we do speak to you.

Where applicable we may identify opportunities for further savings on your expenditure, such as Re-mortgages, Competitive Buildings & Contents Insurance, with the first two months free!

We can also offer you Payment Protection Insurance and negotiate Full and Final Settlements. You may even qualify for an IVA or Trust Deed!
