Prize Draw Rules
1. Entry to the competition is restricted to one
entry per person: multiple entries will be disqualified.
2. Automated entries, bulk entries or third party
entries will be disqualified.
3. Competition is open to UK residents only.
4. The prize can only be sent to a valid UK address.
5. Entrants will be added to our mailing list, from
which you are able to unsubscribe.
6. The winning entry will be selected from all valid
entries by our judges.
7. The winner will be contacted via email and the
winning entry will be published in the next Kensington
Financial Management Consultants newsletter.
8. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
9. The competition will run from 21st October until
21st November 2009.

Debt management companies face improved regulation
The UK government is launching a consultation into the procedures of debt management companies. Kensington Financial Management Consultants welcome further industry regulation and are members of the Debt Resolution Forum – an organisation designed to increase standards within the industry.
